To help me assist you with fewer background questions and to keep the forums as clean and informative as possible, please follow these steps before requesting support assistance:
Browse through previous topics or use the search utility to see if your question has been answered previously.
Register a user account. Anonymous posts are accepted, but I much prefer knowing who I'm talking to.
If you are requesting support (as opposed to general or pre-purchase questions) please provide as much information about your question as possible, i.e. what version of MyCalendar you have installed, whether it is a new installation or an upgrade, PHP version you are running, server type (Unix, Windows, etc.), and the nature of the problem.
