I thought I saw that MyCalendar had this - but now I can't find it and I can't seem to do it.

But when mouse-over or hover on an event - have a little bubble pop up with more info ?

I see tooltip.js in the file pack - but don't see where it is used ?

How hard would this be to add ?

It's used on the mini month calendars. You could do something similar by following the example of month_mini.php, but you'd also have to pull the additional info (event details, for example) into month.php's main db query/processing.
